PW Consolidated Bhd. (formerly known as PinWee Group Bhd.) was incorporated on 19 February 1997 as a parent as well as an investment holding company for the PW group of companies. It was listed on the Second Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE) on 3 June 2002. The strong financial backing that resulted, coupled with consistent, solid performance, enabled the Group to be transferred to the Main Board of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 28 January 2004.
PW Consolidated Bhd commands a dominant position in Malaysia’s dynamically expanding livestock industry. Since its incorporation, the Group has developed its operations in both breadth and depth and has evolved into a fully integrated livestock operations. Our mission is to be a leading company in the livestock and food industry through constantly anticipating market needs and providing quality products that create real and lasting value for customer, thereby contributing to shareholders, staff and the community.
In order to achieve our goals, we are committed to produce high quality and healthy livestock product. In the production of feeds, we continuously upgrade the feed mill equipment and production facilities. We have invested in up-to-date automated and modern machineries with fully computerized auto batching system, together with strict quality control procedure at various stages of the manufacturing processes, thereby enhancing the efficient operations of feed mill and production of high quality feeds. The group markets its feed products under the trademark of "NUTRIFEEDS".
Our feed milling operations are situated in Bukit Minyak Industrial Park, Penang whilst the broiler farms, breeder farms, cattle farms are located in Penang, Perak and Kedah respectively. These operations are located relatively close to the North South Expressway thereby providing easy access to our customers and distributors.
We are diversifying the business model into the related activities. From the initial production of feed and broiler farming to the current kampong chicken farming, breeder farming, DOC hatching, poultry processing, raw material trading (Soya Bean Meal and Corn), and agricultural nutrient product trading and repacking. In order to reduce operating cost, an automotive servicing and maintenance centre had been set up to provide spare parts and maintenance service to the group’s fleet of trucks and passenger car. Through these integrated operations, we are able to have a stable material supply and fixed distribution network. The integrated business model has made PW Consolidated Bhd an established and successful livestock business.

PinWee Feeds Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 9 Feb 1978.
Initially operated from a factory located in Permatang Pauh on a small scale basis with production capacity of 1,000 metric tones per month.

Established PinWee Farms Sdn Bhd on 30 Dec 1985. The company is involved principally in the farming of broiler.
Embarked on acquiring and developing broiler farms in the northern region of Malaysia.

A modern automated feed mill equipped with fully computerized auto batching system was set up on a 2.377 hectares land in Bukit Minyak Industrial Park.

Began to implement closed-house system with automated feeding and drinking system in our broiler and breeder farms.
Major upgrading of feed mill facilities which includes installation of new mixer and new hammer mill was carried out. The separate production lines enable simultaneous production of different feed.
Production capacity of feeds increased to 21,000 metric tones per month.

Ventured into cattle farming through PW Livestock (M) Sdn Bhd. Phase 1 of the cattle feedlot project was completed in Sep 2007.

We provide adequate biosecurity in our farm
Measures taken including comprehensive vaccination program, quarantine of sick bird, disinfect the chicken coops at end of each production cycle when the coops is cleared. We use the closed house system in our new broiler and breeder farm which provide a control environment and prevent the contact with the external wild bird and/or other pathogens carriers.
We provide healthy and humane treatment of animals
We raise livestock with the greatest respect for their needs and comfort. We provide livestock with access to sunlight, room to graze, and an environment where they can socialize and express normal animal behaviors; handle livestock with great care to minimize fear and stress.
We raise livestock without added hormones and antibiotics
We raise animals with the natural way, without using hormones or antibiotics to stimulate growth; we use antibiotics only to treat a sick animal to return it to health, not as a substitute for healthy living conditions.
We reduce pesticides usage and toxicity
We use the least toxic pesticides only when natural methods don’t work. Practice pest control that minimizes negative impacts to human health and environment.
Responsibly manage animal waste with emphasis on reuse
Practice of composting animal waste for use as fertilizer.
